Biography
I've loved reading since I got hooked on Nancy Drew before I was ten. My mom regularly had to hide the books my grandma sent me until I'd finished my chores. I would go through two or three a day. I didn't really talk much until high school, probably because my nose was burried in books.

Is that so wrong?
That's basically still my life (though I admittedly do talk a good bit more). I am that person that those bookworm memes on Facebook joke about.

I hope you are, too!
I was trained in Architecture and spent most of my formative years figuring out who I was going to be in the context of architecture and design. I say "most" because there was obviously the teen/high school years before, and then there's after.... and who REALLY finishes figuring out who you are at any point? We may have most of it down, but I like to think there are still discoveries about myself in front of me. But regardless, many, many of my friends are either in architecture or related in some way to the field. They are awesome and they are strange. I hope to share both through these stories.
I LOVE books (obviously), movies that don't stress me out, traveling, rocking out in the car to some good music (but I sing horribly), and any number of sports. I also love being around, near, or in the water. Those are my knees up there in the picture, in one of my most favorite locations. I am a recovering sweet tea addict, and have a thing for baked goods. I blame my mother.
